If you have any queries, please contact Mrs Hampshire, our Admissions Officer in the School Office by emailing klsadmissions@kfos.co.uk remembering to include your child’s details, your name and a contact number if you would prefer a phone call back.
Online Admission Form
This form is required so that the school has all the contact details and medical information about your child.

Special Diets Request Form
If your child will be having school lunches and has any special dietary requirements, please complete this form by 30 June 2023. Without this completed form, Twelve15, our caterers, will not be able to provide a school meal for child.

All about me page
Please can we ask you to fill in this ‘All About Me Form’ resource with your child and send it back into school (either by e-mail or in the post) so we can give them to your child’s class teacher.

Meetings
Parents are invited to attend an Induction Meeting with the Reception Team on Wednesday 22nd June 2022 at 6.15pm at Knaphill Lower School. They will talk through the induction process, explain how you can prepare your child for school and answer any questions you may have. We ask that you do not bring your child/ren in to school with you for this meeting.
